Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order. Any delivery charges will be refunded, however, if only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will be given back to you in the same manner that you paid.

Replace and Refund Policy
We are happy to replace or refund incorrect parts if we are notified within 14 days of your purchase that the part or parts are incorrect. Please call Online Customer Services Team on 01202 887471.
Returned goods must be in an unused condition and in their original box. Certain clearly marked items are supplied in clear bags that are sealed. Please check you have the correct parts in the bag before you break the seal as we are unable to refund once the seal is broken. You need to provide a valid receipt or parcel summary document with your package on return.
