Cam & Valve Train

The valve system itself is responsible for fuel intake into the engine, its compression, ignition and expulsion. The train contains all engine parts required to open / close valves in the combustion cylinders and components include the camshaft, valves, pushrods and springs. The valve must be kept in good condition as ‘mistimed’ valve openings can affect performance of the vehicle and damage the engine.
