Brakes
Brakes, applied to each wheel of a car, use two conventional methods to slow your wheel down. Disc brakes work via sets of callipers and ‘pads’, stopping brake discs spinning via. Drum brakes work similarly by operating ‘shoes’ within a cylinder to provide their stopping power and are traditionally only on the rear wheels of your vehicle.
